Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

BoysLove.Dev ("we", "us", "our") operates the websites and online services on which this policy is published. This policy explains how we handle your personal data when you visit and use those websites and services. For any privacy question, contact privacy@boyslove.dev.

2. Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to personal data we process about visitors and users of our websites and services, including the usage information we collect through the analytics technology used to understand how our services are used. It does not apply to third-party websites or services that we do not control.

3. What We Collect

When you visit our websites, we collect limited technical and usage information that is generally not identifying. This includes:

  • the pages you visit and the website that referred you to us;
  • your browser, operating system and device type;
  • your language and screen resolution;
  • marketing campaign parameters (such as UTM tags) present in the link you followed;
  • your approximate location, limited to city level, derived from your IP address using an offline database;
  • a timestamp and a flag indicating whether the visit is new or returning.

We do not store your IP address. Your IP address is used only in real time to determine your approximate location and to apply any exclusion rules, and is then discarded. We do not collect your name, email address, or account credentials through this technology, and we do not attempt to identify you as an individual.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our analytics technology is cookieless: it does not place cookies on your device and does not use persistent identifiers to recognise you across sites. We may use a functional cookie to remember that you have dismissed our notice, together with any strictly necessary cookies needed to operate and secure our websites. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

5. Why We Process Your Data and Our Legal Bases
  • To operate, secure and improve our websites and services — our legitimate interests and, where required, your consent;
  • To measure and understand how our services are used — our legitimate interests or your consent;
  • To comply with our legal obligations — compliance with a legal obligation.
6. How We Use Your Data
  • to understand traffic and usage and to improve our services;
  • to keep our services secure and to prevent misuse;
  • to comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

7. Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with service providers who host and support our websites (such as hosting providers), under contracts that require appropriate confidentiality and data protection, and with public authorities where we are required by law to do so.

8. International Transfers

Where we transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we use appropriate safeguards such as the Standard Contractual Clauses, an adequacy decision, or another lawful transfer mechanism. You may contact privacy@boyslove.dev for more information.

9. How Long We Keep Data

We keep analytics data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, after which we delete or aggregate it. We keep any other data only for as long as necessary or as required by law.

10. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Your Rights

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to: access your personal data; have inaccurate data corrected; have your data erased; restrict processing; data portability; object to processing based on our legitimate interests; and withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

12. Your Rights in the United States

If you are a resident of a U.S. state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may have the right to: know and access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we hold; request correction; request deletion; obtain a copy; and not be discriminated against for exercising your rights. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, so no "Do Not Sell or Share" opt-out is required. To exercise your rights, contact privacy@boyslove.dev; we will verify your request as required by law.

13. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Our tracking respects the Do-Not-Track browser signal where it is enabled, and we honour the Global Privacy Control opt-out preference signal where required. Because we do not sell or share personal information, no additional opt-out is needed.

14. Children's Privacy

Our websites and services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children where this is prohibited by law, including the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

15. Automated Decision-Making

We do not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects based solely on automated processing.

16. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will communicate material changes through our websites or by other reasonable means. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
